Published in the Official Bulletin of National Education, Youth and Sports of December 2, the new regulations for sports grounds and facilities and lighting were definitively adopted during the FFF Assembly on Saturday December 11, 2021. More attractive and didactic documents in order to allow a better understanding as well as a reduction of the administrative obligations to facilitate your steps.
New Lands
- A new graphic charter proposed, new educational diagrams, synoptic summary tables, a new organization with a column specifically dedicated to observations / recommendations. The objective: to facilitate understanding and make the reading of the regulatory sections more fluid.
- Compliance with the IFAB Laws of the Game to have sports facilities allowing safe and functional practice.

New Lighting
- Diagrams illustrating regulatory requirements, integration of LED technologies by doubling lighting classification times.
- The creation of an additional level E3 which allows owners to upgrade lighting installations while reducing the financial impact

The CFTIS (Commission Fédérale des Terrains et Installations Sportives) continues its desire to support the owners of installations and lighting, in conjunction with the user clubs, to better understand the classification levels, whether for existing installations or the programming of upcoming projects/renovations.
