Parliamentary debates. In the name of article 50-1 of the Constitution, two parliamentary debates will take place tomorrow on the subject of the war in Ukraine. Preceded, in each case, by a statement from the government, one will be held in the National Assembly at 3 p.m. and the other in the Senate from 7 p.m. An extraordinary plenary session to discuss the invasion of Ukraine by Russia is also organized at the European Parliament in Brussels from 12 noon.

Great oral of the candidates. Throughout the morning, several candidates for the presidential election will be interviewed by the Mutualité française at the Palais Brongniart in Paris, in the presence of the main French think tanks. They will defend their social protection and health programs. Four contenders for the Elysée have confirmed their presence: Anne Hidalgo, Yannick Jadot, Valérie Pécresse and Fabien Roussel.

No sponsorships. The Constitutional Council will publish, at 5 p.m. on its website, the penultimate salvo of sponsorships received by presidential candidates ; the closing date for their receipt is Friday, March 4.
