Manchester United have confirmed that Paul Pogba will leave the club this summer when his contract expires at the end of June.

The academy graduate left Old Trafford as a free agent in 2012 to join Juventus and returned for a record fee of £89m four years later.

But Pogba had some heartbreaking moments during his second stint with United, who confirmed the France international would leave at the end of his contract.

United said in a statement confirming his departure: “Everyone at the club would like to congratulate Paul on his successful career and thank him for his contribution to Manchester United.

“We wish him all the best for the next stages of a remarkable journey. »
