Why did you choose to work on the articulation between federal and local sports policies?

During an internship at the French Ice Hockey Federation for my master’s thesis, I discovered the subject of relations with communities through the programming of ice rinks, standards applied to equipment, etc. Then, in the context of sports governance reform, I saw the challenge of bringing together local policies and those of the federations, which are more vertical and centralized.
