Belarusian enterprises and MAZ trucks nationalized in Kyiv

In Kyiv, two Belarusian enterprises, SE “AvtoMAZ Ukraine” and LLC “Foreign Investments” Trading House “MAZ-Ukraine”, were transferred to the management of the national agency “ARMA”. This was reported in the capital’s prosecutor’s office, reports “Comments”. According to the agency, in enterprises transferred to corporate management, the ultimate beneficial owners of the share are a state structure controlled by the government of Belarus. Twenty MAZ trucks worth more than UAH 20 million were also transferred under the control of the National Agency of Ukraine for the Detection, Search and Management of Assets Obtained from Corruption and Other Crimes (ARMA). Trucks of Belarusian production were previously seized during searches at the enterprises of the capital, conducted as part of the investigation of criminal proceedings. The property of two enterprises was arrested. Now “ARMA” will manage it. The prosecutor’s office in Kyiv added that the pre-trial investigation into the criminal proceedings continues.
Earlier, the “Comments” portal reported that an industrial enterprise in the Kyiv region paid large taxes to the budget of the aggressor country. The Ukrainian enterprise for the manufacture of building materials turned out to be controlled by the Russian oligarch, Andrei Molchanov, who is close to the Kremlin.
